Winemaker Notes: This wine was fermented under temperature control. The wine was blended to produce an aromatic and spicy sparkling wine balanced with some fruit sweetness.
Viticulture Notes: Gewurztraminer was harvested in 2014 in Ormond. Pinot Gris was harvested in 2019 from Lincoln & Anita Ellmers vineyard in Te Karaka. Albarino grapes were harvested from the Reynolds vineyard in Makaraka, Gisborne.
