Tasting Notes
This fortified wine has been named in memory of my grandmother, Elsie Nimmo. Late harvest Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes produce a smooth wine with pineapple, apricot and honey characters. Serve on ice as an aperitif or with soda water.
