This wine was fermented in tanks under temperature control. This wine has undergone full malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured in barrels for 6 months with American & French oak to add to complexity and structure.
Viticulture Notes
Chardonnay was machine harvested in excellent condition from Simon Shanks vineyard on the Golden Slopes, Gisborne.
