A sparkling “blanc de blanc” wine made from Chardonnay 70% & Albarino 30% in a “brut” style. A brut style with citrus and a peaches & cream finish.

Winemaker Notes

The Chardonnay & Albarino were fermented in Flextank barrels under temperature control. The wine was blended to produce a fresh creamy sparkling wine.

Viticulture Notes

Chardonnay was harvested from Richard McIntyre’s vineyard in Opou Road, Gisborne. Albarino was harvested from George Reynolds vineyard in Newstead Lane, Gisborne
