Winemaker Notes
Merlot grapes were fermented in open top stainless vats. The wines were then put into barrels for with French oak bullets for 10 months.
Viticulture Notes
Merlot was harvested from Hamish Jackson vineyard in Patutahi in excellent condition and good ripeness.
