Winemaker Notes
Malbec grapes were fermented in open top stainless vats. After primary ferment the wines underwent full malolactic fermentation in old barrels. Oak staves were added for 18 months.
Viticulture Notes
Malbec was harvested from Kirkpatrick Estate Winery in excellent condition and good ripeness.
