Winemaker Notes

Pinotage grapes were fermented in open top stainless vats. The wines were then put into barrels with Hungarian and American oak additives for 10 months.

Viticulture Notes

Pinotage was harvested from Ian Smith’s vineyard near Te Karaka in excellent condition and good ripeness.
