Wine Notes

Winemaker Notes: This wine was tank fermented under temperature control. Some French oak additives were added to produce an elegant aromatic wine balanced with a touch of oak.

Viticulture Notes: Viognier was machine harvested from Hamish & Leslynne Jackson’s vineyard in Patutahi.
