Winemaker Notes

Grenache, Mourvedre and Tempranillo grapes were fermented seperately in open top stainless vats. The wines were then put into barrels for 10 months. A blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvedre and 20% Tempranillo was then developed to produce the finished wine.

Viticulture Notes

Grenache, Mourvedre and Tempranillo grapes were harvested from the Hihi vineyard at Bond Road, Ormond in excellent condition and good ripeness.
