Winemaker Notes
Both Syrah & Malbec grapes were fermented in open top stainless vats. The wines were then pressed into a seasoned French oak barrels. The wine was blended with 80% Syrah and 20% Malbec.
Viticulture Notes
Both the Syrah & Malbec was harvested from a long established vineyard in Manutuke, Gisborne in excellent condition and good ripeness.
