Winemaker Notes
Malbec grapes were fermented in open top stainless vat. The wines were then pressed into a Flextank for with French oak bullets for 14 months.
Viticulture Notes
Malbec was harvested from George Reynold’s vineyard in Central Valley, Gisborne in excellent condition and good ripeness.
